Bead Brain

I am getting deeper into jewelry making and I am amazed at all the different ways jewelry can be crafted. After spending several days pouring over jewelry making supply catalogs, I think I have beading on the brain. Choosing the right materials can be overwhelming (especially on a limited budget), but I'm sure I'll get the hand of it soon.

I have made several really cute pairs of earrings and I will soon be displaying some on Creative Minds.

Hello folks,
This is my first post and as you can tell I'm a novice blogger if ever there was one. I haven't even read many blogs as yet. CreativeMinds is my effort to showcase my crafts and from time to time I hope to showcase the crafts of others as well. Selling one's handcrafted items online has really taken off in the past few years and it's a trend that I'm thrilled to see. It is great to see so many sites emerging, which are specifically aimed selling handcrafted items.

ElspethCreations is a joint venture between myself and my grandmother to sell our crafts. I love to knit, I love to sew, and I am now enjoying learning about jewelry making.
My grandmother loves to crochet and at 93 and in poor health it is one of the few things she can to do anymore.
